How to enable managed identity for power automate flow

I need to access keyvault from power automate flow where keyvault is in NSP(network security perimeter). How can i access it? I am getting 403 forbidden error.
 
I was thinking about enabling system managed identity but not able to find that option.

    @pooja_jayant, Is your Key Vault using RBAC or Access Policies and this is Is this Prod or Non‑Prod environment?
