Hi all,

When users add a new item to the SharePoint list, they receive an email to approve or reject the request. The email includes a line that says, "Requested by [my name] plus [my email address]." How can I remove this section?

I have the same question (0)

For Requested by, you could not remove it, you can update it by Requestor to make it show other user name.
If you insist on removing it from Approval Email, you could try Send email with options
You can custom the email content, and wait for response from User.

I feel this is a limitation of the product where you will not be able to hide the requestor information.
There is possibility to customize this information by adding details on the approval card

If I use 'DoNotReply', 'mailbox', or 'service account' in the requestor field, the WF won't work.
If I use 'created by Dynamic content', it will work. However, another line with my name, labeled 'Created by', will be added to the email.

@Harris021, you could not remove the Created by which is limited by Microsoft.
