Hey everyone,

I’ve been using Power Automate a lot lately and its really useful for me because its inside the M365 environment and can be connected with other MS apps. I'm also using alot of Power Automate to automate as much as possible, so my life will become alot easier. For example, I built automations where tasks get created from emails, SharePoint lists, or Forms responses — saves a ton of time and keeps everything in one place.
Now I want to know guys, do you have any real life struggles with MS apps which you find repetitive and want automation? Please let me know and maybe we can inspire eachother and come up with interesting ideas!!
I just started a YouTube channel where I share step-by-step videos on M365 related apps. Check it out here: https://youtube.com/@automatem365
Also curious, do any of you already automate your MS enviroment, or do you keep it manual? Show my your ideas of automating this, lets make our lives easier!

I am trying to build a flow that completes this:
    1. I have a "template" MS Excel file that needs to be updated with the latest rows of information, in specific columns.
    2. I receive updates in an MS Excel "current report" worksheet biweekly.
    3. The flow I build doesn't work; there are so many data restrictions to get it to flow. Shouldn't this type of flow be an easy process to complete?

I am finding there are many tools and helps but they really don't fit together well. They'll accomplish simple items (ex., add to a calendar) but how does it work to get two MS Excel files to "flow" together?
This is a struggle, and I'm looking for ideas that work.

    Hey Hi,

I lost hope by the other replies but let me try once with you. And also, it is not the expert problems but I dont have much knowledge on complicated workflows. Here is the incoming email:
    Subject: Overdue Task Escalation Notification
    Mail coming from: rodass@yahoo.com
    the content on the email:

    Tool Message
Validate appropriate PM and operating procedures designated as credited safeguards, as applicable and as outlined in Attachment Q in the OHB report.
    Start date: 2025-10-15 14:27:14.88
    Due date: 2025-11-30

Sheta Tiwanr has an overdue task in tool. Please click on the link above and log into tool to view the task. The task must be completed by the due date.
Problem Statement: Need to look Sheta Tiwanr in the outlook, and forward the email to her.
The only unique content in the above email is "has an overdue task in tool", the rest is all dynamic.
Can you help to create workflow?
