I understand that we can use the COE to get the list of all flows connected to sharepoint lists but essentially I need a report list of flow connected with Sharepoint lists and the lists names as well.

You could use for example CLI for this.

Albert-Jan Schot has a nice blog about this:

There may be a way to do what you are asking, but I don't know how to do it. However, I can make a suggestion to make this easier going forward. When you start on a new project, create a solution to hold all of the workflows related to the project. To use solutions, the environment must have Dataverse enabled.

The way we manage this is to create the solution with the same name as the SharePoint site. This way, we just need to know the SharePoint site name to figure out what solution the workflows live within. Then, when you name the workflows within the solution, use the list name as part of the workflow name.

For example, you might have workflows for a site named NA Purchase Requests. You would name the solution NA Purchase Requests. You then might have a workflow on a list in that site named Purchase Requests. Then, the workflow might be named Purchase Request New.

Note, if you are not already using solutions, you can create a solution and import your existing workflows into it.
