Trying to automate an email being sent one day after an appointment ends and using Microsoft Bookings as the trigger but it can't find the booking page. I have tried relinking/relogging in ect... It's not working for me and I am at a dead end! I am admin for the booking page and it is published. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

    Hi BH-04062309-0,

The "Booking Page Not Found" / Invalid Parameters error with the Microsoft Bookings trigger is a known issue documented in the connector reference.

Root cause: The booking page dropdown in the Power Automate trigger is populated based on recently accessed Bookings calendars for which you are an admin. If you have not accessed the calendar recently via the Bookings web app, it may not appear in the dropdown - even if you are the admin.

    Fixes to try:

    1. Visit the Bookings page in the browser first - Open the Bookings web app (https://outlook.office.com/bookings) and navigate to your specific booking page. Then go back to Power Automate and try again. The Microsoft Bookings connector FAQ confirms: "You can visit it once from Bookings web page and this should ensure that Bookings Calendar appears."

    2. Enter the SMTP address manually - If the dropdown still does not populate, you can enter a custom value. In your Bookings page, go to Integrations > Power Automate, and copy the SMTP address shown there. Paste it directly as a custom value in the flow trigger text box.

    3. Verify your Bookings admin role - Per the connector docs, only Bookings Administrators (not just tenant admins or staff members) can create appointment trigger flows. Confirm you are listed as admin on the specific Bookings Mailbox, not just as a Scheduler, Viewer, or Guest.
