Trigger for Transcript available HTTPS error

I am trying to set up a trigger when a Teams transcript is available but am getting this error:
 
"NotificationUrl must use the https scheme. (Parameter 'input')"
 
My scope is "User (all meetings for a user)"
 
Any ideas on how to resolve this?

    This error usually indicates an issue with the notification endpoint being created behind the trigger rather than the transcript itself. If you're using the When a Teams transcript is available trigger with the scope set to User (all meetings for a user), I'd first verify that you're signed in with the correct Microsoft 365 account and that the trigger connection is healthy. In some cases, deleting and recreating the trigger connection resolves the problem because the underlying subscription gets created with an invalid callback URL.
    Also check that the flow owner has the required permissions to access Teams meeting transcripts and that the flow is running in a supported environment. If this is a newly created flow, try recreating the trigger from scratch in a new test flow, as there have been cases where the trigger configuration becomes corrupted during setup.
    If the issue persists after recreating the connection and trigger, it may be a platform-side issue with the webhook subscription being generated by the connector. In that case, capturing the full flow run details and the trigger configuration screenshot would help determine whether the error is coming from the connector registration or from the user/meeting scope being selected.

    I have seen this issue a couple of times already on this forum. That trigger action seems to be a challenging one to get triggered.
