Sorry, if it doesn't make sense, but I don't know how to explain it better.
So the flow is:
1. Microsoft form is getting filled out
2. It generates approval.
Now what I'm looking for (if it is even possible):
Once approved there would need to be a separate action where other person would need to fill out additional fields based on the original form/approval. Basically the Approvals concept just with few additional fields for them to complete.
After that it would go for another approval with all those details.
Not sure if it is possible, or there are some other options/suggestions.
