Salesforce connector - Unable to login without 'Use ANY API' permission

Since the security update from Salesforce last year: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=005228838&type=1
 
It seems that Power Automate's Salesforce connector is probably using an API different than the Microsoft Power Platform to login.
 
Also the SOAP API login() will also be retired from Salesforce.
 
What is Microsoft's plan to update the connector to support login without 'Use any API' permission?

    Microsoft is transitioning the Power Automate Salesforce connector to OAuth 2.0 and updating default APIs to v58.0 to align with security standards and the SOAP API login() retirement, ensuring compliance by Summer 2027. To eliminate the need for "Use Any API Client" permissions following December 2025 restrictions, administrators must install and allowlist the Power Platform connected app, shifting to a least-privilege access model. For details on the connector updates.
