Why in some variants nodes are not connected?

Hi everyone,

 

i build a process mining report and it looks good. But when i go to some specific variants, i found that some nodes are not connected. Does anyone know why is that? I have checked the original data source and it is all correct. 

 

Here an example

Theoretically, there should be an arrow between "Konfektion Handschuhe 4.2mm" and "Konfektion kontrolle", but there is not.

 

Any suggestions would be helpful!

    It is happening the same to me. Data is right but activities show disconnected. I see no answers from Microsoft in the web. It is terrible.

    I am assuming this is published to PowerBI, please try to remove Parallel Count (I have no idea how this Parallel count calculated or what's the use for now), it usually will give you correct line.
     
    One thing I can think of is that the timestamp overlapping (probably due to date format issue or so) between your node

    The problem is in the data - they need to have the same case number you may have an error - can you share the case - activity and start times?
