How can we make a workflow that includes a SharePoint connector run in unattended mode?

As per my knowledge, In PAD settings, under File → Settings → Desktop Flow Console, there's a checkbox: “Display confirmation dialog when invoking flows externally”.

If you uncheck this, it removes the confirmation pop-up (like the one in the below screenshot) when the desktop flow is triggered externally (e.g., via a cloud flow).

This allows flows to run unattended, without requiring manual interaction—even when cloud connectors (like SharePoint) are involved.

if you're running the PAD flow directly (e.g., via Task Scheduler), PAD does not have built-in settings to fully avoid these connector consent pop-ups.
