Attempting to build my first flow to run properly

I am attempting to use Power Automate to read an Excel worksheet, create Outlook 365 Calendar events based on Tender Closing Dates that are in the worksheet and send event reminders to certain employees in our office. When I run the flow I have built everything works up until the Create Event (V4) action. I typically get a connection error of some kind.

I have included a snapshot of the flow that I have built. Any information or tips would be useful.

Thank you.

    You have a logic loop in Power Automate Desktop that reads Excel data and attempts to push it to the Outlook 365 (Create Event V4) cloud connector. The failure at Step 10 is almost certainly a data format mismatch or a connection timeout between your local machine and the Microsoft 365 cloud services.

    Also, just out of curiosity, from the screenshot I can see the files are on OneDrive and you use the Office 365 calendar. In this case, why not use a Power Automate cloud flow instead of Power Automate Desktop?

    @Vish WR

    I am quite new to using the Power Automate program. As for a possible data format mismatch, are you suggesting that there may be something in the Excel file that it is having trouble reading?

    Would using a Power Automate cloud flow possibly fix a connection timeout between my local machine and the Microsoft 365 cloud services?

    Thank you for your reply.
