Problem with a flow that keeps running

Hi,

I have a flow that keeps running. I did a bulk cancel on all running flows, waited more than 24 hours. I then switched back on the flow and it keeps running. Here is the message :

"statusCode": 429,
  "message": "Rate limit is exceeded. Try again in 37 seconds. Please see https://docs.microsoft.com/azure/logic-apps/handle-throttling-problems-429-errors for more details."
 
Do you have any idea what could create that loop of running flows?

If your trigger is one of the instant flow triggers, there is a high chance that the trigger becomes corrupted. This usually happens when you try to modify the same item within the same flow or when it is updated multiple times simultaneously through logic.

I recommend creating a Microsoft support ticket to see if they can assist. In most cases, their response will be to create a new flow and add the same logic steps.

Thanks AJ. There was indeed another flow that updated the same item, which created a loop. I have modified one flow and deleted the other. i will then see if it was the problem...
