Bad Gateway - When a new email arrives V3

Hi, 
 
I am getting the error bad gateway when running a flow for shared mailbox. 
Please see the attached screenshot.

    Can you tell us if this flow worked before without issues? If so, was there a change in the flow or user permissions? If not, have you checked the permissions of the user running the flow has appropriate permissions to read the mailbox?

    If you use it for a shared mailbox. please try to replace 'When a new email arrives (v3).'
    with below one.  make sure you have the access right to the mailbox.

    When new email arrives V2 is not working for me. Its not letting me sign in with the V2 trigger. Its not creating the connection with V2 trigger.
