Verify DocuSign role - Log into DocuSign as the admin. Ensure the account has Account Administrator or API role enabled (From Permissions configuration section) .
Check the integration key- In DocuSign Admin → API and Keys, ensure the integration key is active and linked to the admin account. If missing, create a new integration key.
Reconnect in Power Automate - Delete the old DocuSign connection. Re‑add it using the admin account with API rights. Make sure both the trigger and actions in your flow use this connection.
