Unable to save solution flows, update or enable solution flows

Hello Everyone,
I have some workflows within a solution but today I'm not able to save or update the workflow within the solution. It failed with BadRequest errors and error detail "Could not find member 'isLicenseEntitledByRetrieved. This is the message that it is prompting: "Flow client error returned with status code 'BadRequest' and details '{"error":{"code":"InvalidRequestContent","message":"The request content was invalid and could not be deserialized: 'Could not find member 'isLicenseEntitledByRetrieved' on object of type 'SolutionFlowDefinitionRequestProperties'. Path 'activatedEntity.isLicenseEntitledByRetrieved', line 1, position 48112..'"}}"

Microsoft published as known issue from Sunday but I haven't had any solution.
There is someone that can help me to fix that issue and turn on and update my solution workflows.\

Thank you in advance

Similar problem here. I had a flow that was working, added it to a solution, it was still working. One of the components (a spreadsheet) was moved to another site. The flow ran properly this morning, sending an email alert that it couldn't find the spreadsheet (which it uses to look up email addresses). So, I went to edit the flow to reflect the new location of the spreadsheet, but couldn't save. I got the following message:
Flow save failed with code 'DynamicOperationRequestClientFailure' and message 'The dynamic operation request to API 'excelonlinebusiness' operation 'GetTable' failed with status code 'NotFound'. This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error response: { "status": 404, "message": "The resource could not be found.\r\nclientRequestId: c81390f7-2fbd-45b8-b92d-e9968089ce3f\r\nserviceRequestId: be606ef6-b5f2-4353-838c-9e184e378837", "error": { "message": "The resource could not be found." }, "source": "excelonline-usgt.azconn-gcc-usgt-001.p.azurewebsites.us" }'.Upgrade

Signs point to it not being able to recognize the table in the Excel spreadsheet. However, I wrote another test flow this morning that references the same Excel table, and it found it without issues.

I'm investigating whether my permissions for the referenced components of the flow (a SharePoint list and the spreadsheet) might be causing this.

    Any suggestions?
