Sharepoint Update Item Your flow may have a circular Loop

Hello,

I have a fully functional document approval flow based on a List in sharepoint. The last step will be to update the Sharepoint List column "Approval History" with the entire approval history. When I try to say update item and give the information it says "Your flow may have a circular loop Actions in this flow may result in an infinite trigger loop. "

 

How can I fix it. I tried may Youtube videos and ChatGPT

    Hi @VictorTek ,

     

    This is because you are using "Update Item" and "When an item is created or modified" at the same time. As far as I know, the best way to solve the problem is to use "Get changes" and "Condition".

     

    For example, If the column modified in the "Update Item" is not modified by the user, set the condition to determine whether the column that started the trigger is a column in the "Update Item", and if not, complete the next steps.
