Hello, we have a very simple MS form that when submit is pressed we want the response data emailed to us in pdf format. Can anybody help? It's proving too difficult for Co Pilot.

My first try at this would be to go for a flow with the following actions:

1. Get Response Details (Microsoft Forms - Connectors | Microsoft Learn)

As the name suggests.....

2. Compose (Use data operations in Power Automate - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn)

The input for this action should be an html template where dynamic conent is populated using the data from the first action. Copilot should be able to help you draft the html code, but you will have to insert the references for the dynamic contents.

3. Convert File (OneDrive - Connectors | Microsoft Learn)

This action should convert the output of the second action to a PDF file.

4. Send an email (Office 365 Outlook - Connectors | Microsoft Learn)

Finally, an email can be sent, using the output of the third action as an attachment.
