Error while triggering Power Automate Flows

Getting the following in Power Automate while trying to trigger Power Automate flows
ErrorCode: Application_DialogException  One or more entry-point steps exist that use the same event on table Sales Header. You must specify unique event conditions on entry-point steps that use the same table.  CorrelationId:  555e6218-adfc-4a62-97cb-51cc7786deb7.
