Consolidation of <.CSV> files regularly & send an email to concerned person

Hello All,
 
I have automated files to be downloaded to share point from Outlook on a daily interval.
Created one more flow to consolidate the downloaded files.
In 3rd flow am stuck to send an email to concerned person available in Consolidated file.
 
Need someone's help to review and fix the error.

    Can you paste in your flow pictures please?  The attachments never get approved/processed by the platform and we can't see your attachments.
