Hi there!

The messageID is typically not a typed in value, it is nearly always dynamic content you get from the trigger or previous action. That's kinda the litmus test here, if you are in an action and it is asking for a messageID and you don't have one, that most likely means you are missing a correct trigger or action upstream. Here's and example.

This won't work because it needs the dynamic content upstream.

This works because I have the messageID from the trigger.
