Hi, all of our workflows are having an issue where the assigned approver is not receiving email notification to approve the file that was uploaded. When I check the workflow, an invalid parameters error will show up but will immediately disappear, the same for the parameters inside the said action. We tried to update the parameters and also tried to recreate the action but still the invalid parameters error is still showing up. Please help how to resolve this.
Those values in the advanced parameters are not used and should not be populated. Otherwise, as you have seen, the flow will fail. These are the ones that you should be populating:
Approval type
Title
Assigned to
Details
Item link / description
Enable notifications
Enable reassignment
I have not found any documentation on what the advanced parameters are for. They may be something that Microsoft had intended to develop or are something that maybe they plan to implement in the future. You can safely ignore them. Maybe someone else will see the post and can provide more details on these Webhook values.
