Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I've selected the same term "Company A" throughout the word doc and mapped it to the "subject" core property in the word document. However, when I select that document in the "Populate a Microsoft Word template" action, it is still showing 15 parameters for when the company is mentioned instead of showing the one single "subject" parameter.

The text has already been converted to plain text prior to mapping.

I've also tried assigning them all the same Title/Tag within the properties but still get 15 separate parameters.

Has anyone else run into this same issue?
