Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

The flow check for response submitted, get response details, Switch (depending in one of the answers it will send a notification to a share inbox. One of the inbox is receiving just one answer which is behaving as expected but the other inbox is receiving a good notification and an empty one.

What should I check?

Flow:

Case 1 is working but I am getting one empty notification and one valid notification.

Case 2 is not receiving duplicates.
