Hot Folder

I want to create a hot folder for a flow that I created to get files and attach them to an email and then delete the files.
The flow itself works perfectly but I need to manually run it each time I add files to the folder.
I have over 50 customers that I need to set flows for so having to manually run them each time is time consuming.
I would like to have the flows running all the time so when I dump the pdfs into each folder the flow will run.
I have tried some of the suggestions that I have found online but cannot get any of them to work.
It may be that I am just not getting it so any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

To do what you want, you would build it using a cloud flow (https://make.powerautomate.com/) rather than a Power Automate Desktop flow. You would use the trigger when a new file is created and then in the trigger specify the folder it should trigger from.

I tried the cloud flow but it send and email for every file that I attach to the email.
5 files, five emails with five files.

My send email is outside the loop which is the only solution that comes up in my search.
I don't have that problem with the desktop version but I can't set up an automated flow.
Is there another reason why the multiple emails could happen?
