こんにちは。イベントの申込をFormsで受け付け、受付を締め切った後に、Puwer Automateで参加日程別のURLを送信するフローを作製した。テストのフォームで何度もテストをして、エラーが出ないことを確認した後、正式なフォームと繋げようとフォルダを選択したら、「使用可能な動的コンテンツがありません」と表示された。

AIにいろいろ質問し、

「APower Automate の Default 環境で Excel Online（Business）が OneDrive のテーブルを認識していないのでは」と、

接続削除・ブラウザ変更・ファイル再作成・フォルダ変更などを試すよう言われ試してみたが、改善しなかった。

「Default 環境の権限キャッシュが壊れている可能性があるため、私のアカウントの Power Automate 環境権限のリセット」を、職場の管理者に頼むよう言われた。その方法で、改善するか知りたい。

This usually happens when Power Automate loses the link to your form or data source.

Most likely, when you switched from your test Form to the real one, the flow didn’t refresh properly, so it can’t see any outputs, that’s why dynamic content is empty.

Quick fix:

Re-select the Form in “When a new response is submitted”
Re-select it again in “Get response details”
If needed, delete and re-add that step

Resetting environment permissions is usually not needed for this kind of issue.

Bottom line: it’s a broken reference, not a permission problem.
