This is a simple one-screen Roster Calendar, which could be used for Annual or Sick/Personal Leave (we have four/two weeks per year of those in Australia) or any other days you may want to track staff availability.
There will also be an error initially as there is no data source attached. Create a SharePoint List called RosterList with three columns
- StaffName - Single Line of Text
- RosterFrom - Date
- RosterTo - Date
and connect it.
The app has two filters at the top for year and month and the calendar is a week per line with Sunday to Saturday.
Blanks are added so the first of the month is on the correct day of the week and the number of lines is dynamic from four to six depending on the number ofdays in the month and the day of week of the first of month.
A pop-up is also provided when there is more than one person on the day, allowing the list to be displayed on a line each
