Hello everybody, thank you for your attention!

I'm co-owner of a Flow with a person who left the Company.

The flow is now giving me authentication problems for the person who left; when I try to change the Flow primary owner, I get the messagePrimary ownerThis is a non-solution flow. The owner cannot be changed

What could I do to solve the issue? Do to Internal policies, I cannot create a new Flow.

Is there something I could do?

Power Automate flow owner no longer in the company

Create a solution and then import the flow into the solution. Once it is in a solution you will be able to change the owner and update the connection references. Otherwise, the only other option that I know of would be to export the flow and then import it and change the connection references when it is imported.

Importing the flow into a solution does not create a new flow. It simply moves the existing flow into the solution, allowing you to manage it more effectively. The flow retains its original functionality, history, and configuration, but you gain additional capabilities, such as changing the owner and updating connection references.
