Multiple "for a selected file"

I have a manually triggered flow, that needs to capture all selected items in a Sharepoint library, and send them all at once as an email. I can't find a way to capture all of the files - currently it only gets the topmost file.

Do you have any suggestions?

If I understand correctly, you want to trigger a flow manually and include multiple selected files in one go.

Unfortunately, the “For a selected file” trigger in Power Automate only supports one file at a time. Even if multiple files are selected in SharePoint, the flow runs once per file, not once for all of them together.

    One possible workaround:

    • Users mark files with a checkbox column (you have to create it first)
    • You trigger the flow manually
    • The flow filters for files that have that checkbox = true (checked)
