HTTP with Entra ID (preauthorized) - doesn't respect given name

Hello,
 
Can anyone help with the problem of having multiple HTTP with Entra ID (preauthorized) that have different base Url ... 

How do you distinguish between them when they appear as if they had a same name. When creating the connection you are prompted to add Connection name.
 
I believe this to be a bug, but can somebody escalate it. I don't know where and maybe someone will know what to do.
