I am unable to access an environment, though I can see name of that environment. It is asking me to connect to admin. But I am not sure how to get admin contact details. Can anyone help?
You would need to contact whomever YOUR admin is, it wouldn't be us.
That or you are the admin of the tenant but you didn't add yourself to that environment.
Click the Environment dropdown on any line (environments) click the ... and select go to admin center
Select Environments
Select the one with the issue
Select Users (far right)
Add yourself if you are the tenant admin
And done
If not you have to ask your admin to do those steps.
