Today's the day! The recently announced forums updates for the Power Platform Community are happening now!
Here is a reminder of what to expect:
- Starting at 8am US Pacific time on December 5th, we will activate the new forums and start migrating posts to their new location.
- This process may take several hours to complete due to the large number of posts that are moving.
- While the posts are moving, they will still be accessible.
- You will continue to be able to make new posts and reply to existing posts during this period. However, the old forums will not be available for new posts. All new posts must be made in the new forums using the new categories going forward.
- Subscriptions to old forums will be migrated to subscriptions to the corresponding category in the new location (with the exception of Power Up Program forums, see below).
- Once all the posts have been moved to the new forums, the old forums will be deactivated.
Special note for the Microsoft Power Up Program Community forums
In concert with our hierarchy updates, the Microsoft Power Up Program Community categories will be changing.
- As part of this category update, subscriptions to the legacy Power Up Program forums will not be migrated.
- 🔔 Once the new categories are available, be sure to subscribe to the topics you are interested in to stay up to date! 🔔
- Subscriptions to individual threads and other notifications are not affected by this move.
