Over the years, Sarah developed a unique perspective on the tech landscape. Working as a specialist recruiter in the Microsoft and AI space, she gained deep insight into market trends, emerging skills, and what it truly takes to build a sustainable, future ready career. But just as importantly, she learned how personal and human career decisions really are. That understanding led Sarah to focus on coaching as much as recruitment.

Rather than recruiting at scale, Sarah chooses to work on a fractional basis with a small number of trusted clients in the Microsoft and AI space.
