Sublist within List

I am creating an enquirer tracking system - a lot more basic than a big CRM. At the moment I have 2 Sharepoint Lists: one for enquirer tracking, the other as a communication log with each enquirer. I want to be able to click on the enquirer name and within the profile be able to click on something that enables me to see the communication log. Is there a way to link these 2 List in this way with Power Apps?

    Yes, you can absolutely link two SharePoint lists in Power Apps to mimic a lightweight CRM system.

    This is a common use case — having a "parent-child" relationship between records.

    List 1: contains enquirer details.

    List 2: stores communication entries (email, call, etc.) with a lookup to an enquirer.

    Ensure your List 2 list includes a Lookup column to the List 1 list.

    Go to the List 2 list

    Add a column → choose "Lookup"

    Connect it to the List 1 list

    Set it to lookup the enquirer name or ID

    Filter(
        List 2,
        Column.Id = ThisItem.ID
    )
