Feedback regarding the PPAC license requirement report access via GDAP permissions
We have encountered an issue where partners are unable to view their client's licenses in the PPAC, despite having all necessary GDAP roles assigned.
We found that the licensing report is still in preview, which means it is expected to fail as stated in the documentation, however, this has caused significant confusion and frustration for partners who rely on this feature to manage their client's licenses.
When the partner wants to generate the report, there is "No data to display" and a question mark is showing in credentials as shown in the screenshot below:
We would appreciate any insights or updates on when this feature will be fully in production and any potential workarounds that can be implemented in the meantime.
