Hello,

I have a workflow that is executed multiple times. For example, after every change in a document library (50 documents change every day), a log is generated in a list. This means that the workflow runs 50 times per day and 1500 (50 times 30days) times per month.

Is it with possible with a free license or I need to buy a power automate premium license?

The reason I shared the limitations is because its not about just flows, or Api's there are many limitations that are based as I said on user, hour, day, month etc.

Your question did not cover enough of the scenarios which is why I wanted to share all of them so you can validate which ones you may get hit by.

I can create a single flow and crush my usage faster than you can say, how many flows.

Its important to read that, if you have more indepth questions, you really should validate them with Microsoft if the document doesn't make sense.

There isn't a limit on the specific number of flows that can be run. There is a limit on the number of API requests that can be made per day. Right now that limit is 10,000 requests per day, but it will eventually be 6,000 requests per day. Different workflows will have different numbers of requests. In general figure about 1 request per action in a flow. So if you have a flow with 100 actions you could run that flow 60 times in a day or 1,800 times in a month. Most flows won't be anywhere near that large. Most people don't run into these limits at all. You can read more details here:

I have an M365 Business Premium license. This license include "Power Apps for Office 365" and "Power Automate for Office 365".

Is in this license an restriction for max flow runs a month?

There is a Power Automate free license that you can use with a Microsoft account. But I don't think that is what you are describing because with that license you wouldn't have access to SharePoint Lists or Libraries. There is also what is known as the Microsoft 365 "seeded" license. This is included with almost all M365 licenses. You can use that to access the log in the SharePoint list. There is a daily quota of API calls, 50 times a day is well below that quota. If you have an M365 license you won't need to buy the Power Automate license.

I am not sure what "free" license you mean. I am only aware of a Trial which you cannot do forever.

Also, note that the number of Runs of a flow is not specifically how things are measure exactly. It depends on how many Actions you are doing etc within a certain time frame, within a day etc.
