Desktop Flow unable to find UI Element

Hey Everyone,

I am running a flow to download data from a website, the flow initiates the download, waits 30 minutes and then uses the same steps to revisit the site with the same navigation to download the file to the downloads folder. However, after 30 minute hold, the flow doesnt find the UI Element it located on the first half of the flow.

Can you assist please.

Desktop Flow unable to find UI Element

The element might be actually different even though it looks in UI the same. It might have some attribute like 'Id' in the element which changes every instance or after user has downloaded the file. Or if it navigates to different place there might be Href attribute that is different. Or some other parent element or attribute in the main element that is different.

To troubleshoot:
Run the flow again and next time when it fails test the selector for that element. So open the selector and press Test to see what element in that selector it cant find and modify the attribute value of that element to work in both first and the last part of the flow.

You can also try to check the elements on the Browsers Inspect tool. So check manually if the element is actually same or little bit different in the download part and after you have downloaded and waited for 30minutes.
