"New Designer" option misising when Edit Any flow

Hi Team,

Initially, there was an option to switch between the classic and new designer for flow editing. However, I am no longer able to see this option in the edit flow window, and all flows are opening in the classic designer.

Thanks,
Supriya Paigude.

"New Designer" option misising when Edit Any flow

    1. Create a New Flow Instead of Editing an Existing One

    • Go to My Flows+ New FlowAutomated cloud flow or any other type.

    • In some tenants, new flows default to the new designer, while editing old ones still uses Classic.

    • This is a quick way to see if your environment supports the new designer.

     2. Use a Different Environment

    • Some users report that in default environments, they only see Classic, while in developer or custom environments, they get the new designer.

    • Try switching environments (top-right dropdown in Power Automate).

      • Example: Switch from “Default” to a “Developer” environment if you have one.

     3. Enable Modern Designer via Environment Settings (If Admin)

    If you’re an admin, check:

    1. Go to Power Platform Admin Centerhttps://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/

    2. Choose the environment.

    3. Go to Settings > Features.

    4. Look for something like “Modern flow designer” or “Modern app designer” toggle.

    5. Enable it, if available.

This is a fairly common issue that eventually passes on its own. You can wait a few days for it to pass, or you can open a ticket with Microsoft through the Admin Center, though in my experience Microsoft will drag their feet until the issue passes anyway.

Folks have been reporting this issue for a long time now and we do not have an explanation from Microsoft yet.
