Snowflake connector, what does Resource URL refer to?

I'm currently building a PowerBI dashboard that uses a snowflake service account to connect to my data source (via password authentication). I want to use the powerApps visual to embed an application into my report directly, but I can't do that without connecting powerApps to snowflake (my datasource doesn't automatically connect). I'm wondering what Resource URL refers to and where I can find it? The documentation unfortunately isn't very helpful, as I don't know that an OAuth Audience URL means: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/snowflakev2/

    Unfortunately it looks like this video was made quite a while ago, and the new snowflake connector accepts different credentials to the new one. Resource URL isn't mentioned in the video when connecting here:
