Hello Everyone,

We are encountering an issue with few machines with Session creation error.

We are logging into the VM using an Asia Pac ID. When running unattended bots, they are failing with a session creation error, and the machine is getting locked. However, through attended mode, the bots are running fine.

in these failure machines, Power Automate is running on a newer version(2.58.163.25188), whereas the remaining machines have an older version(2.57.184.25154). We updated Power Automate in one older version machine to the newer version, and now it is also failing with the same session creation error.

So, can someone please help us to fix this issue.

1) Have you signed out from the machine when running bot in unattended mode?

2) Make sure you have signed out from machine .

3)check for username and password and domain name is correct for the Windows VM .

e.g Domainname\username

4) while the bot is running do not attempt to login into the machine as it will lock it out.
