Training custom document processing model failed

Hi,

We've been training a custom document processing model, but have now run into a Training failed and the model cannot be used error two times in a row. As I have almost 800 documents in the collection, how can I identify what document is causing the issue? Or is this an AI Builder issue? The support bot pointed me to known issue# 5616431 (from early September) covering that issue, but that was resolved, and I don't know when it was resolved so don't know if I should already have the fix or not.

Thanks!

This is hard without being able to be there, from here my suggestion would be to train in batches instead all at once, until a batch fails, then you can narrow it down.

It could be AI Builder, and it could always be that your environment versions are behind what has the fix in it.

Thanks; I've been training in batches, but when I reran the training yesterday (it takes multiple hours so I do it before logging off for the day), I *think* I started from my last published version, not my last trained version with the new docs. But not sure.

I don't have admin access to Power Platforms to see what version anything is on; is there a version field I would be telling our IT to look for? Or any kind of logging?

    Thanks!
