Reverting back to v3.1 from v4.0

I've been using the document processing model for invoices that I've trained on different vendors. It was working perfectly fine with v3.1 but since moving to v4.0 it has become overfit where it only works perfectly for the invoices it was trained on and performs poorly on anything else.

Is there a way to revert back to v3.1 or any alternate solutions would be appreciated

As @ronaldwalcott mentioned rolling back to previous object model doesn't seems to be the right fit for any solution.

As part of migration journey, Whenever Microsoft releasing the newer version they literally want developers & customers to upgrade to the recent one and all their fixes and measures will be more aligned to that product.

May be you can also touch base with this aihelpen@microsoft.com for any queries and clarification, The Microsoft team will assist accordingly based on your license the priority will be differs.

In-addition to that, I couldn't find any articles or artifacts related to the downgrade of the model all topics are related to upgrade.

You may have to retrain with the new model
