My team works at a university across different campuses.
Our MS Bookings Calendar, has 8 different location-specific services (e.g. Campus A - Maths, Campus B - Maths, Online - Maths).
I have some staff members who are on Campus A on a Monday, are working from home on Tuesday, and are on Campus B for the rest of the working week.
We are trying to use MS Bookings and Places applications to allow students to self-book appointments on our different campuses when a staff member is available on their campus.
Unfortunately, MS Bookings is not integrating locations data from the Places application.
Thus, students end up booking to see a tutor in Campus A, when the tutor is physically in Campus B on that specific day.
We have the same problem with working from home.
Students end up booking an in-person tutorial on Campus A or B, when the tutor is working from home and the tutor is available only for online appointments on the specified date.
How can we make MS Bookings take into consideration the tutors' working location from the Places application when students self-book appointments through MS Bookings?
