Verify data source permissions – Confirm that the user account on the tablet has the right permissions to access the data source (SharePoint list, SQL, etc.).
Check internet connection – Make sure the tablet has a stable connection (Wi-Fi/data). Power Apps needs a reliable connection for SharePoint, Dataverse, or other connectors.
Re-publish and refresh – Sometimes re-publishing the app and asking the user to close/reopen it can resolve cached connection issues.
Test on Power Apps web player – Open on Website
If none of the usual fixes work, try to identify which specific screen or data call is failing by adding error handling using the IfError() function. This will help you pinpoint the exact data source causing the issue and make troubleshooting much easier.
