Unattended flows failing due to Microsoft MFA in Virtual machine (Azure VM)

I have been using my organization MS sign in to login to my Virtual machine and run the power automated flows unattended. But recently due to the MS authentication all the unattended flows are failing as they are asking for the MS authentication while the flow is running. What are the options to solve this situation keeping in mind about the data security, privacy and integrity.
