Catalog in Power Platform

A while ago I've created first Catalog (to test it) on a dedicated environment.
  1. If there is only one catalog per environment (I can't select that environment in Create catalog | Power Platform admin center), then:
    1. How can I change Catalog administrators, Approvers, Submitters, Consumers 's entra groups?
    2. How can I see who can see my Catalog, which group?
    3. There are bunch of Catalog's dataverse tables, but there is not much information
  2.  I know there are Security Groups for Admin, Approver, Consumer and Submitter, however no one is assigned there and:
    1. I was able to publish one solution into Catalog - without proper security group assigned.
    2. One of my colleagues was able to install that solution within the same environment - without proper security group assigned.
  3.  How can I delete Catalog and create a new one?
    1. In Catalog manager I can only disable it, can't remove
I have the same question (0)

To delete it, delete this solution Platform Catalog Manager (solution name: mspcat_CatalogManager), but you have to be careful as it is, like any solution, possible to leave garbage behind. And like any solution, it could than block you from re-enabling it.

So disabling isn't what you want, but you can also do.

Then select at the bottom these

I've already read it. Still doesn't answear my questions.

When creating catalog you need to provide entra groups for Admin, Approver, Consumer and Submitter whereas on MS site and the links you provided, they only mention about security roles within Environment - that doesn't add up.
I want users outside of my Environment to be a Consumer and using Entra Groups I can assign "All Employee", while using security roles I can't unless I add everyone to my environment.
Users can access Catalog (install items from catalog) without having proper security roles mentioned above
