Hello,

Does anyone know if it's possible to automate the clearing of MS Form responses using Power Automate?

I want to be able to clear older responses from a Form that gather data to comply with GDPR - is it possible?

I would ideally like to work off the date contained within the Form itself (i.e. one of the questions). And if it is older than X, delete that response only.

Hi @RM-30040732-0,

Yes, removing responses should be possible via the Forms API. I have shared an approach about a year ago in this thread:

Only change which is required in that approach is to use an Invoke an HTTP request action instead of the Send an HTTP request to SharePoint action.

That is because Microsoft has locked down the usage of the Send an HTTP request to SharePoint action last year. Which means you cannot use that action with the Forms API anymore. Alternatively, you can use the Invoke an HTTP request action.
