I am experiencing intermittent '429 Too Many Requests' errors when executing a Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flow triggered by a scheduled Power Automate Cloud flow. This setup operates within a Power Platform production environment under a Process license. The PAD flow runs every 10 minutes and takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. At the end of each run, it sends a message to a Microsoft Teams channel using the 'Post message in a chat or channel' action. Therefore, a Teams message is sent once every 10 minutes.
Recently, I have been encountering the following error approximately every 1 to 4 hours:
Cloud connector call failed with status code '429'.
StatusCode : 429
Message :
Body : {"error":{"code":"MicrosoftGraphRequestFailed","message":"Request to the Microsoft Graph failed with error: '{\"error\":{\"code\":\"TooManyRequests\",\"message\":\"UnknownError\",\"innerError\":{\"date\":\"2025-04-04T07:05:38\",\"request-id\":\"39ec3260-90dd-45d6-aee5-20569071b666\",\"client-request-id\":\"39ec3260-90dd-45d6-aee5-20569071b666\"}}}'."}}
Headers : {"Retry-After":"30", ...}
Given that the flow sends only one Teams message every 10 minutes, it is unclear why this 'Too Many Requests' error occurs. Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can provide insights into potential causes and solutions?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
