Issue:

In our Power Pages portal, we have a list with out-of-the-box (OOB) buttons (View/Edit/Create). When clicked, the buttons do not redirect to the configured web pages.

Expected Behavior:

Clicking a button should redirect to the specified web page or open the form as configured (modal or redirect).

What We Checked:

List settings: target type set to "Redirect"

Web pages and forms are published

Entity permissions are in place

No JS errors in console

Tried incognito mode

Impact:

Users are unable to view or edit records through the list.

Request:

Please investigate and advise why OOB button redirection is not working.

Hi,

I’ve encountered a similar issue in the past and was able to resolve it using the steps below:

Restart your portal – Sometimes a simple restart can clear temporary glitches or caching issues.

Try a new test page – Make a new page and add your list there.

If it works: The issue might be with your original page.

Try a new list – If it still doesn't work, create a new list for the same entity and add it to the page.

If this works: The problem could be with the original list.
