502 Bad Gateway error with Approvals with new users only

Hi, we are now seeing an issue with our flows with approvals built into them where if the user getting the approval is a new user to our organization, we are seeing the flow error out at the approval step with a 502 Bad Gateway error. The flow works just fine for any user that has been here before this error started occurring. The error started about a month ago, and it does not matter what flow it is that has an approval step in it. The new user can also not be listed in the "Requester" Field on the approval as well.

Have you reviewed whether the new users have the correct permissions and roles compared to users without this issue? How many users are set up that might go for approval?
