Getting error when trying to save a topic with Power Automate Flow assigned

Hi All, good day!

From the past week, i´ve noticed that every time I attach a power Automate tool on a Copilot Studio Bot, the topic is unable to be saved in any way.
My internet works just fine and there are no connections erros, I've been through them all and everything is ok.
The red bar says: "Unable to save the topic. Check your conection and try again"

Has anyone experienced this and found a solution? Without Power Automate I can save normally.

Thanks

Getting error when trying to save a topic with Power Automate Flow assigned

I see you're getting an error when saving a Copilot Studio topic with a Power Automate flow attached. The error message says "Unable to save the topic. Check your connection and try again."

Since your internet connection is working fine, here are the steps to troubleshoot this:

    Check Power Automate flow status

    • Open the Power Automate flow separately

    • Verify the flow is turned on

    • Look for any errors or warnings in the flow itself

    • Test the flow independently to confirm it runs without issues

    Verify connection references

    • In your Copilot Studio topic, check all connection references used by the Power Automate action

    • Each connection must be active and authenticated

    • Re-authenticate any connections showing warnings

    • Remove and re-add the Power Automate action if connections look stale

    Simplify and test

    • Create a minimal test topic with only the Power Automate action

    • Try saving this simpler version

    • If this saves successfully, the issue is elsewhere in your topic

    • If this fails too, the problem is with the Power Automate integration itself

    Clear browser cache

    • Log out of Copilot Studio

    • Clear your browser cache and cookies

    • Log back in and try again

    • Try a different browser or incognito mode

    Check for known issues

    • Review the Microsoft 365 admin center for any service disruptions

    • Check the Power Platform admin center for environment health

    • Look at recent updates that might affect Copilot Studio

    Environment permissions

    • Verify you have proper permissions in both Copilot Studio and Power Automate

    • Confirm your environment allows cross-service integrations

    • Check if your admin has any DLP policies blocking connections

If none of these work, try recreating the Power Automate flow from scratch and connecting it fresh to a new topic. Sometimes the connection metadata gets corrupted and starting over resolves the issue.
